Ready to feel more like yourself again?
When your mind feels busy, when changes feel overwhelming, or when it’s hard to feel truly understood, life can feel exhausting. Maybe you’ve been running on autopilot, second-guessing yourself, or feeling disconnected from who you are. You may have tried self-help strategies or even turned to quick fixes, but still feel stuck.
Therapy offers a chance to pause, reflect, and grow into a version of yourself that feels more grounded, confident, and free. My role is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered as we navigate life’s stressors together and build lasting clarity, strength, and understanding.

Services
RCSW | Supervised by Lissette Collazo, LCSW
I’m a social worker and licensed clinical social work intern. I provide counseling for adults and teens across Florida. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing isn’t linear.
I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, and life transitions. You don’t have to show up with everything figured out, just as you are is enough. Therapy with me will be personalized to meet your own unique needs. While every session is tailored to your unique needs, I draw from Motivational Interviewing, person-centered therapy, CBT, and ACT to guide our work together. I’m here to help you tune in, work through, and move forward.

How it works
01. Reach Out
Fill out a short contact form to share a bit about what you’re looking for. I’ll be in touch within 1–2 business days to follow up.
02. Let’s Connect
We’ll schedule a free 15-minute consultation call or I can clarify questions via email, whichever feels more comfortable for you. This is a chance to ask questions and see if it’s the right fit.
03. Begin Your Journey
If it feels aligned, we’ll find a time for your first session, which will be our intake session, and get started. Our first session will be longer, as I get to understand your background, strengths, and concerns. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable for you. Your journey will be personalized to your needs and involve a treatment plan that focuses on your primary goal.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not take insurance. While I do not directly accept insurance, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement of my fee if you have out-of-network insurance benefits. Many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy.
I partner with Thrizer, a service that makes the out-of-network process much easier. With Thrizer, you don’t have to pay my full fee upfront and wait for reimbursement. Instead, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits and you’ve met your deductible, Thrizer allows you to simply pay your copay at the time of each session.
-
Since I do partner with Thrizer, there are two routes you can take:
Option 1: Thrizer
During intake, I will send you an invitation to create your thrizer account. Once your account is set up and information is collected, You will pay only your copay at the time of session (post-deductible).
Thrizer will file claims on your behalf and manages reimbursement.
There is a small processing fee (5% if you’d like to pay just your copay; 1% if you prefer to pay upfront and get reimbursed later).
Option 2: Superbill (self-submit)
Pay the full fee at the time of session.
I provide you with a monthly invoice (“Superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
How to check if you have out-of-network benefits
To find out, call the number on your insurance card and ask:Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy?
What is my deductible, and how much remains?
What percentage is reimbursed after my deductible is met?
Are telehealth sessions (CPT codes 90834 or 90837) covered?
Do I need pre-authorization or a referral?
During our intro call, We can discuss the process further.
Important Note: Insurance coverage varies, and while Thrizer helps make the process easier, I cannot guarantee reimbursement.
-
I ask for at least 36 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, except in the case of emergencies or unexpected events. I do offer a cancellation bank, meaning if I ever have to cancel a session within 36 hours of our appointment, I will waive your cancellation fee next time you have to miss a session!
-
I recommend that clients meet with me weekly, which helps build momentum and a strong therapeutic relationship. Over time, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.
-
Our first session is really about getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about you, what’s bringing you in, what you’d like support with, and what feels important for you to share. It’s also a space for you to get a feel for my style and see if it feels like a good match.
